BUFFALO CREEK PASS springs forward from winning third in the Entrepreneurs Start-up Competition at Dartmouth College last Spring. We are in process of creating a dramatic Indigenous TV series that has foundations in documentary film work with Native American Nations. Real life. Real people. Real stories. The fictional drama, companion multi-player video game and Native American Think Tank centers around Tiwahe, Lakota for family. Tiwahe means members of your family. It can include plants & animals.
In August 2023 Gemma Lockhart received an invitation from the Women's Impact Investing Giving Circle to pitch an entrepreneurial & social venture to the Colorado Women's Investors Circle. After late nights of budgeting, market research, surveying the pulse of our Indigenous community at work in Health, Education and Business, after studying the competition & writing a business plan, we gave a 90 second pitch!
